Google API Services & Gmail Integration

Eclipse360 uses Google APIs to allow users to send and manage emails via
their connected Gmail account within the CRM platform.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to
the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use

Specifically, we confirm the following:

We do not use Gmail data for advertising or marketing purposes
We do not allow any humans to read your Gmail data
We do not use Gmail data to train AI or machine learning models
We only use Gmail access to provide the in-CRM email feature explicitly
requested and authorized by you
Gmail data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never
used for any purpose other than sending and reading emails on behalf of
the authenticated user within Eclipse360
We only request the minimum Gmail permissions necessary to provide
this feature

Revoking Access:
You can revoke Eclipse360's access to your Gmail account at any time by
visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Eclipse360 from
the list of connected apps. Revoking access will disable the Gmail
integration feature within the CRM.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

5.1 Purpose of Data Processing: Data is processed solely to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 Roles and Responsibilities: You are the data controller. Eclipse360 Pty. Ltd. is the data processor
acting on your instructions.

5.3 Security Measures: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect
your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5.4 Sub-Processors: We may engage third-party sub-processors for certain functions. A list
