Gmail Integration

How Eclipse360 uses your Gmail account and why

Eclipse360 is a CRM platform built exclusively for Australian solar and BESS businesses. To help your sales team manage client communication without leaving the platform, Eclipse360 integrates directly with Gmail so you can send and track emails tied to your leads — all from one place.

What Eclipse360 accesses in your Gmail

  • Send emails on your behalf to leads and clients directly from within the Eclipse360 CRM

  • Read email threads linked to your leads so your team has full communication history in one place

  • We do not access unrelated personal emails

  • We do not store your emails on our servers

  • We do not share your Gmail data with any third parties

Why we need Gmail access

Solar sales involve frequent back-and-forth communication with clients. Our Gmail integration allows Eclipse360 users to compose, send, and track emails tied to specific leads — all from within the CRM — eliminating the need to switch between tools.

Your data is safe

Eclipse360 only requests the minimum Gmail permissions necessary to provide this feature. You can revoke access at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Eclipse360.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Eclipse360's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Gmail access to enable the email features described above and for no other purpose.
